Our spacious labor, delivery and recovery rooms provide a comfortable environment for women and their support partners and families. Whether your delivery is low or high risk, we provide personalized care for all births. Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital has received the highest ranking for high-risk deliveries by the Memphis Business Group on Health.
A board-certified OB-GYN is available 24 hours a day. For babies born preterm or with medical needs, our on-site Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides specialized care for babies born at a gestation period that’s greater than 23 weeks.

Visitors are welcome at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Patients can also have one overnight visitor in their room, except in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
The Emergency Department entrance is open 24 hours a day. All other hospital doors are locked from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
You may request a security officer to escort you to your car for increased safety and peace of mind.

The Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital dining room is located on the first floor of the main hospital building. The dining room is open 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday to Friday, and 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, and offers drinks, grill items, a salad bar and snacks. Hot meals are served at the following times:
- Breakfast: 7 a.m.-10 a.m., Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.-10 p.m., weekends
- Lunch: 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m., seven days a week
- Dinner: 4 p.m.-7 p.m., seven days a week
The grill closes at 4 p.m. on weekends.
The Pavilion Market is located in the lobby of the Pavilion and offers a 24/7 self-checkout vending market. The market is stocked daily with snacks and fresh meal options, such as salads and sandwiches. Freshly ground Starbucks coffee is also available.
Vending machines with drinks and snacks are also available on most floors. Ask at any nursing station to be directed to the nearest vending machine.
