Our track record of excellence in residency training spans more than 50 years and has produced graduates who excel in practice, research, teaching, and leadership across the profession of pharmacy.
Residents gain valuable experience working at their individual institution, as well as with pharmacy leaders across a multi-hospital system. Our programs have graduated over 200 clinical pharmacists.
What Our Graduates Are Saying . . .
PGY1 training at MUH allowed me to learn from engaged preceptors who practice at the top of their license at an institution with progressive pharmacy services. This strong foundation carried me into the next chapters of my career, and I still feel the support of the lifelong mentors and friends I made.
My PGY1 and PGY2 training at MUH provided critical hands-on experiences that helped to bridge the gap between clinical and real-world practice. The training not only enhanced both my clinical and professional skills but also instilled the confidence necessary to excel in starting my pharmacy career.
Completing a PGY1 at MUH was invaluable to establishing my passion for advanced clinical practice, research, and mentorship. The diverse and progressive clinical opportunities along with the guidance of dedicated mentors has greatly impacted the trajectory of my career and prepared me to step into various roles as a clinician and educator.
We will be recruiting for PGY2 Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, and Internal Medicine in the upcoming cycle. Each program will be available for interviews through PPS at ASHP Midyear and will also be hosting virtual open houses:
