Overview
Bring all of your medications in a bag and meet one-on-one with a pharmacist, who will go over all of your medications with you and provide you with an updated list.
The pharmacist will help you:
- Ensure that you are taking your medications safely and as prescribed
- Review your medications to help prevent adverse reactions
- Learn how to properly use, store and dispose of your medications
