Bill Breen
Senior Vice President of Physician Alignment

Bill Breen has held the position of Senior Vice President of Physician Alignment at Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare in Memphis, Tennessee since June 2010.  He has responsibility for all Alignment activities at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare including physician employment strategies and operations.

Breen earned his undergraduate degree in Management in 1984 from the University of Louisville and an MBA from the University of Memphis.  He is currently a candidate in the doctoral program for Health Services Administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Breen served as Chief Executive Officer of HealthChoice LLC from 1997 to 2010.  In that role he was responsible for managed care operations and strategies for the system.  He held several positions at HealthChoice prior to becoming CEO including Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to coming to HealthChoice in 1991, Breen was the Director of Managed Care for Central States Health and Welfare Fund in Rosemont, Illinois.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). In addition, he also earned the designation of Certified Medical Practice Executive from the Medical Group Management Association.

Marigay Miller
Vice President of Primary Care and Practice Support

Marigay Miller became vice president for Primary Care and Practice Support in 2012. Since joining Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in 1998, Miller has served the organization and its physician partners with a broad range of duties. As corporate director of Physician Services she was responsible for property management, real estate and physician recruiting. When Methodist began partnering with specialty and primary care practices through employment in 2010, Miller's duties were expanded to include leading the practice “on-boarding” process and taking corporate operational leadership over primary care sites and specialty practices.
