"Do unto others as you would have them do to you." - Luke 6:31

The Methodist Healthcare Pastoral Ministry Chaplaincy Staff is committed to taking care of all of you - body, mind and spirit. This continuing ministry provides pastoral care and counseling to patients, family members, visitors, hospital staff and medical staff as well as resources and training to Mid-South clergy and laity.

They are committed to providing pastoral care and ministry to persons of all faiths and are an important part of the interdisciplinary health care team of physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists and ancillary personnel. The chaplains visit patients and family members to bring God's Presence and Spirit into the midst of often difficult and uncertain moments arising from illness, accident or disease.
