You can now sign up for a MyChart account by using our online portal HERE and selecting “Sign up now” under New User. To request help creating an account, call 901-516-0901 Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Request Access to a Patient’s MyChart Account
If you are a parent or legal guardian seeking access to medical records for your child or a Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare patient, please complete and fill out our proxy access form. If you have proxy access to someone's account, you can see their healthcare information, as well as your own, from within the same MyChart account.
