Terms and Conditions
When you provide us (Methodist Le Bonheur) with your mobile number or when you indicate your preferred communication is automated or prerecorded voice calls or text messages, you agree to receive automated or prerecorded voice calls or text messages from us and our affiliated entities, and you are providing us with express consent to contact you via such number. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information and mobile number you provide to us is accurate, and you should notify us if your mobile number changes. You are signing up to receive automated or prerecorded voice calls or text messages related to your relationship with Methodist Le Bonheur, including, but not limited to updates related to your visits, MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management. If you share the mobile number with other individuals, such individuals may have access to the calls or messages we send you, and you agree to such disclosures, and not withstanding the risk of such disclosure, direct us to send such communications.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt-out of SMS messages by texting STOP to respective short code. You can opt out of artificial or prerecorded voice calls by following the menu in the call. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Once your decision to opt out is confirmed you will no longer receive the type of message you opted out from. If you want to join again, sign up using MyChart or text HELP to the short code for instructions.
