Critical Incident Stress Debriefing

Unfortunately, critical incidents can happen in the workplace that may be of such magnitude that a large number of employees are adversely affected. Examples of such incidents include bank robberies, the death of a co-worker, violence, natural disasters and accidents. The Methodist Healthcare EAP staff is trained and certified in debriefing work groups following such incidents.
