Tuition assistance for college degrees is available to full-time and part-time Associates after 6 months of continuous employment. We partner with EdAssist by Bright Horizons® to offer affordable and flexible education programs designed for busy health care schedules. Options include direct payment or reimbursement up to your annual tuition cap.

MAAP Your Future
The MLH Associate Advancement Program (MAAP) is designed to help you fulfill your career aspirations while meeting our workforce needs. Building on our current tuition assistance and development programs, MAAP offers limited out-of-pocket tuition costs and full coverage for certification programs. Partnering with UofM Global, we offer options that include:

Three-module curriculum for people who might be returning to school after an absence and need to get prepared to begin the bachelor’s program.
