What if you could turn back the clock? Last year, more than 360 Associates did just that, returning home to Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare. According to one returning Associate, "The reason I came back is because I missed the 'Methodist Culture,' which includes leadership making decisions that take into account the impact they will have on the people who work here."

Qualifying Associates who return to work within three years receive reinstated benefits. We've made returning to work easier with our "Back to Your Future" program. Now is the time.

What's New

Retirement Program
The FutureBuilder program is Methodist Healthcare's retirement program, designed to help you get the most out of your future. It includes an Automatic Account and a Retirement Savings Partnership Account, with a 401(k)/403 (b) feature ($1 for $1 match).
