Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare Names Heather Crawford as Chief Nurse Executive
Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare recently named Heather Crawford as its new senior vice president and chief nurse executive. With over 20 years of nursing leadership experience, Crawford will oversee nursing operations and spearhead initiatives to enhance patient- and family-centered care across the Memphis-based healthcare system.
Crawford brings a wealth of experience from institutions such as Sutter Health, ScionHealth, and UCI Health. Her impressive career demonstrates a commitment to improving quality metrics, standardizing clinical practices, and fostering professional growth within nursing teams. Her innovative approach has significantly improved patient care and operational efficiency.
In her new role, Crawford will set the vision and direction for nursing at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, providing strategic leadership and supporting a progressive clinical environment that promotes excellence in patient care and nursing practice.

Crawford holds a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Sonoma State University, a master’s degree in Business Administration, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and recently completed her Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership.
