Dr. Ekong Uffort is a board-certified acute care general surgeon dedicated to providing comprehensive surgical care to his patients. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston-Downtown before completing his medical education at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

Dr. Uffort completed his internship at Atlanta Medical Center in Georgia, followed by a residency in general surgery at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. He further specialized through fellowship training at the Texas Endosurgery Institute in San Antonio, where he gained advanced expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques.
