As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will support our nursing team in our hospitals by helping patients with personal care and daily living activities. State certification is required. There are multiple levels within this role with increasing responsibilities. And with our educational resources, it can be a steppingstone to nursing or other careers.

Medical Assistants provide exceptional care and support in our medical practice offices or clinics under the direction of a Physician or APP. These roles typically have great weekday only schedules. Job titles include Medical Assistant I, Medical Assistant II and Medical Assistant Lead.

Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) assist our nursing Associates with transporting, cleaning, stocking supplies and monitoring patients. PCAs require no previous clinical experience or certifications. It’s a great way to start your healthcare career with a leader who offers growth and educational resources.

Our Patient Care Companions supervise and provide care and emotional support to patients who require long stays or additional assistance. This is another area where you can get started on a healthcare career with no experience, while using our support to gain education and credentials for other roles.

Designed as an introduction to our Nursing and Allied Health pathways, this paid summer program is a great opportunity for students wanting to become an RN or allied health professional. In this program, you will work in our hospital with patients and families, gain hands-on experience under the direction of an RN or Allied Health Partner, be exposed to different units and departments and contribute to our success by providing indirect patient care.

Phlebotomists are responsible for procuring specimens from inpatients and outpatients, transporting specimens and test requests to the laboratory and returning completed test results to patient areas. These roles are available at many of our locations. Job titles include several levels of Phlebotomist, plus Supervisor, Trainer and Manager.

We offer candidates with no previous experience or qualifications a 12-week training program where you will learn how to perform surveillance and identification of cardiac rhythms for patients. We have a career path with three levels within this role.
