We invite you to support our mission and show your MLH Pride.
When you select the MLH specialty license plate, you will support the Methodist Healthcare Foundation AND become an ambassador for our healing, faith-based mission.
Specialty license plates like ours add $61.50 to the annual cost of your vehicle's tag. The State of Tennessee will then allocate $35 of that fee to the Methodist Healthcare Foundation’s Fund for the Underserved, which addresses barriers many patients face when accessing healthcare services, including transportation access, medication costs, housing and food insecurity.
