MyChart

You can view outstanding balances and make payments on MyChart. To make a payment for an outstanding balance, follow these steps:

• Go to the Menu and select “Billing Summary” under Billing.
  • To see your own billing information, go to Your Billing Accounts.
  • To see billing information for people for whom you are an authorized billing user, go to Other Billing Accounts.
• Find the account you would like to pay and click “Pay Now.”
• Enter the amount of your payment and your bank account or credit card information, and then click “Continue.”
• Review your payment and click “Submit Payment.”

Open MyChart

You can also sign up for automatic payments. Enroll in Visit Auto Pay when you check in for an in-person appointment or during eCheck-in before an appointment. This means you will have a credit card or bank account on file and you agree to automatically pay a designated amount for your visit. Doing this reduces your balance before your billing statement is due.

To enroll for Visit Auto Pay during eCheck-in, select “Sign up” under Visit Auto Pay in the payment section. 

Request a Copy

You can request a copy of your billing records (UB04/ itemized statement) from Patient Financial Services.
