It is now easier than ever to manage your health with
Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare.


The new Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare MyChart patient portal helps you simplify and prioritize healthcare for you and your family. Check out some of the most frequently asked questions below as you get started.

Go to the MyChart login page and click “Forgot Password?” You will need to verify your identity by answering security questions. Then, follow the instructions to reset your password.


You need a mobile device or computer with internet access and an up-to-date browser. You can also download the MyChart app on your mobile device.


All your information on MyChart is private and secure. Access is strictly controlled through activation codes, usernames and passwords. On the mobile app, your account can only be accessed using your password, face ID or fingerprint login. You can also turn on two-step authentication for an extra layer of protection. This feature requires you to enter a secure code sent via email or text in addition to your password before you access your account.

Additionally, unlike traditional email, messaging through MyChart is only done when you are securely logged in.


Your personal data is stored with Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare.


Your MyChart information comes directly from your healthcare provider. If you have providers at other healthcare organizations participating in the Care Everywhere feature, your provider may also be able to view your information from other organizations.


The information in MyChart comes directly from the electronic record. If you notice inaccurate information, you can ask your provider to correct it at your next visit. You can also contact the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare Medical Records office to request corrections.


You can expect a reply to a MyChart message within one to three business days. For urgent needs, please call your provider’s office. For emergencies, call 911.


Yes. If you are at least 18 years old, you can access the medical records of family members and others you care for with their permission. You can also grant a family member or friend access to your medical record through the Friends and Family Access page.


MyChart allows you to access your legal medical record, so your information cannot be deleted due to laws and regulations. However, you can go to Account Settings in the MyChart app to deactivate your account. You can also contact the MyChart Help Desk at 901-516-0901.


If you have more than one MyChart account, you can link them together to see all your information at once. This is called Happy Together. If both organizations participate, you can go to the Link My Accounts page to link them. View a list of participating organizations.
