Dr. Michele Molinari is a distinguished multiorgan transplant and hepatobiliary surgeon whose career reflects deep clinical expertise, academic leadership, and a commitment to advancing high‑quality patient care.

A graduate of the University of Milan School of Medicine, he completed advanced surgical and transplant training at the University of Chicago, the University of Illinois at Chicago, the University of Toronto, and the University of Alberta. His clinical practice includes liver, kidney, and pancreas transplantation as well as complex hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, supported by extensive experience managing end‑stage liver and renal disease and both benign and malignant hepatopancreatobiliary conditions. His research focuses on clinical outcomes, decision analysis, and health‑economics in transplantation, including predictive modeling for post‑transplant survival.
