Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare welcomes new endocrinology providers Nisreen Abu Al Hommos, MD, and family nurse practitioner Jennifer Jurado to its Methodist Medical Group – Endocrinology office on Poplar Avenue in Memphis. Both join Saba Khayal, MD, at this location in treating patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders and other hormone-related conditions.
Abu Al Hommos completed an internal medicine residency at the Medical University of South Carolina and an endocrinology fellowship from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She is board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology and is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, the Endocrine Society and the American Thyroid Association.
Jurado earned a bachelor’s degree from Union University, a master’s degree from Regis University and has nearly ten years of experience in endocrinology. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, certified diabetes care and education specialist, a registered nurse, and an advanced practice nurse.
