On April 1, renewals begin for anyone who relies on Medicaid insurance. Renewals are a yearly process, but they have not taken place in three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Renewing is critical to make sure you avoid a gap in healthcare coverage.
TENNESSEE
Members should:

- Sign up for TennCare Connect and selecting communication preferences to stay up to date
- Visit www.TennCareConnect.tn.gov to stay informed
- Open and respond to all mail from TennCare or Health and Human Services
MISSISSIPPI
Members should:
- Verify contact information 1-800-421-2408 or 601-359-6050
- Update contact information by completing this form
- Open and respond to all mail from Mississippi Medicaid or Health and Human Services
- Stay informed by visiting www.medicaid.ms.gov/staycovered/
ARKANSAS
