As we reflect on the progress Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare has made over the past two years, I am inspired by the transformative path we’ve navigated since launching our strategic plan, MLH Reimagined, in 2022. Built on six core imperatives, this strategic plan has provided us with a bold roadmap to improve care delivery, strengthen our communities, and meet the ever-evolving needs of our patients, Associates and partners in health.

MLH Reimagined is no longer just a vision—it is becoming our reality. We’ve met meaningful milestones from advancing clinical excellence and expanding access to care, to fostering innovation and supporting our community to live healthier lives.

The impact of this work can be felt far beyond the walls of our hospitals and clinics. By connecting people with the care, resources and information they need, we are helping empower healthier futures for individuals, families and communities throughout Memphis and the Mid-South.

Looking ahead to our next chapter, we know we will remain steadfast in our pursuit of outstanding and compassionate care, reimagining what’s possible and making an even greater difference in the lives we touch. Together, we are building a stronger, healthier Mid-South—one step, one patient, one connection at a time.
