Gifts That Pay You An Income

You can make a gift to support Methodist Healthcare Foundation through a charitable gift annuity or charitable remainder trust and receive payments for the rest of your life.

Charitable Gift Annuity – When you select to transfer cash or appreciated property to Methodist Healthcare Foundation, Methodist will pay fixed payments to you for the rest of your life.

Charitable Remainder Trusts – This gift option enables you to irrevocable transfer assets, and you and/or selected beneficiaries receive payments from the trust for life may. Then, the remainder of the trust will go to Methodist Healthcare Foundation.
