• All Methodist Medical Group offices including Primary Care and Specialist practices.
• Methodist Diagnostic Center and Comprehensive Breast Center – Midtown (1801 Union Avenue).
• Methodist Diagnostic Center – Germantown (1377 S. Germantown Road)
• Methodist Comprehensive Breast Center – Germantown (1381 S. Germantown Road)
• Methodist Diagnostic Center – Southaven (7400 Airways Blvd.)
• Methodist Transplant Clinic (Methodist University Hospital)
• Methodist Surgery Center – Germantown (1363 Germantown Road)
• Wolf River Surgery Center (1325 Wolf Park Drive)
• Hamilton Eye Surgery Center (930 Madison Avenue)

Note: Previously scheduled telehealth visits will continue as planned. Patients with in-office appointments will be contacted to reschedule.

• The Methodist Minor Medical Center locations in Cordova (8035 Club Parkway) and SE Memphis (8071 Winchester) will be open 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. 
• The Union (1803 Union) and Desoto (7235 Hacks Cross) locations will be closed.
