Prepare for Your Visit

• Please bring any forms from your doctor related to your procedure.
• Please bring your ID, your insurance information and a list of your current medications.
• Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Be prepared to pay any insurance co-payments due at the time of service.
• Speak to your doctor if you need anti-anxiety medications for your diagnostic procedure.
• Always tell our staff if you could be pregnant.
• Always tell our MRI staff if you have any metal or electronic devices or implants.

Where Do I Check In?

Enter through the main hospital entrance, go to Outpatient Registration on the first floor and check in at the Outpatient Registration desk.
