Classes will begin Monday, September 21, 4-6:30 p.m. and will continue every Monday for six weeks.
This free health education class is for people who have chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, asthma, diabetes, arthritis, lung disease and other chronic diseases.
Caretakers are also eligible to attend, with or without their patient.
