From Memphis/Interstate 40: Take Interstate 40 to exit 8 (Jackson Avenue/Austin Peay Highway). Turn north onto Jackson Avenue and proceed north 3.4 miles. The clinic will be located on your right behind Methodist North Hospital in the 3950 physicians’ building.

From Millington: Proceed south/east on Paul Barrett Parkway/Highway 385 to Singleton Parkway/Highway 204. Exit right and proceed south onto Singleton Parkway 6.1 miles. The clinic will be located on your left immediately after you proceed through the intersection with Austin Peay Highway. The office is located behind Methodist North Hospital in the 3950 physicians’ building.
