Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare has partnered with several phone and tablet applications to help individuals take a more active role in their health.
The HealtheLife app is an extension of the Cerner patient portal available on smartphones and tablets. This app is available to patients of all Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare hospitals, UT Methodist Physicians, UT Le Bonheur Pediatric Specialists, minor meds, imaging and diagnostic centers, the Sickle Cell Center, and the Methodist Teaching Practice.
You can view most test results, message your provider, request medication refills and request appointments.
Apple Health Records
Apple Health Records brings together our hospital and clinics using Cerner and the existing Apple Health app to make it easy for our adult patients to see their available medical data from multiple providers whenever you choose.
Using Apple Health, you will have medical information from participating institutions, including Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, organized into one view, covering allergies, conditions, immunizations, lab results, medications, vitals, and will receive notifications when their data is updated.
Health Records data is encrypted and protected with the user’s iPhone passcode. Health Records is available for Apple iPhone users running iOS 11.3 or later. You can use your Cerner login to access your records.
At this time, Apple Health Records are exclusively available to our adult hospitals, Transplant Institute, Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center and UT Methodist Physicians practices. As additional MLH locations are available on Apple Health Records, we will let you know.
The Healow app is an extension of the eClinicalWorks (eCW) patient portal and is available to patients of Methodist Medical Group.
You will be able to message your provider, track medications and ask for refills, access your personal health record, schedule an appointment and receive alerts and reminders from your provider.
