After a nationwide search, Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (MLH) has found the next leader for Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital right here locally. Rebecca Cullison, FACHE, has been selected to lead MLGH.
Since December, 2016, she has been the chief executive officer of The Village at Germantown, an affiliate of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, where she was an MLH associate through a management contract.
Cullison began her career at MLH in 2004 as an administrative resident. Over the years she has held numerous positions with increasing responsibilities. She was named assistant administrator for Germantown in 2007, and was named vice president in 2012.
At every phase of her MLH career, Rebecca has demonstrated her dedication to quality outcomes and patient- and family-centered care.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She continued her education to receive a Master of Science in Health Administration followed with an MBA also from UAB.
