Babysitting Class is for boys and girls ages 11-15. The class is a fun way to spend the day learning about babysitting.  Cost is $50 per student.

In Babysitting Class you will:

• learn the responsibilities of being a babysitter
• talk about preparing and feeding snacks and meals for infants and children
• play games that are not just fun but apply to child development
• learn how to change diapers, proper handwashing, and bedtime made easy
• learn basic first aid and CPR
• develop a babysitting resume

Teens should wear comfortable clothes and bring a sack lunch and drink.  Snacks are provided.

Big Brother/Big Sister teachings for the little one expecting a new addition to the family.

This two hour class is designed to provide information and practice of comfort and coping techniques during childbirth.

This class is free if also registered for the "7-week Prepared Childbirth series" or the "From Pregnancy to Parenthood in a Day" class.  Please call to register for this class if you are already registered for either class.

Dads only Class Dynamic Dads is a program in which veterans (new fathers who bring along their two-to-six month old babies) orient rookies (fathers-to-be) on the realities of fatherhood. The camp is a guy thing - no women over two feet tall are allowed.

This two-hour class provides the information needed to breastfeed your baby.

This one-day, condensed class is fast-paced and focuses on a review of the labor process and common hospital procedures.  A condensed version of the postpartum, baby basics, breastfeeding, breathing, relaxation, and coping skills are discussed. A tour of the Women's  and Children's Pavilion is provided. Mind Over Body or the Planned C-section classes are free if you are enrolled in this class.

Designed to help mothers continue breastfeeding after returning to work.  The class focuses on how to create a plan for breastfeeding, pumping, and storing.  This session can be taken before or after your baby arrives, and at least three weeks before returning to work.  Your baby is welcome to come with you.

The class will discuss the role of the grandparenting connection as well as how grandparents can help during the pregnancy, birth and beyond.
