Big Brother/Big Sister teachings for the little one expecting a new addition to the family.

This class teaches the older child skills for being a big brother or big sister.

A cesarean birth may be planned ahead of time due to various reasons. This two hour class will prepare parents mentally and emotionally for a cesarean delivery. The objectives of the class include decreasing anxieties and assisting in making the experience a positive one.

This class is free if enrolled in 7week or All day prepared childbirth classes.

Basic techniques of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for infants and basic infant safety.

This prenatal class meets for two hours, once a week, for seven weeks and includes four weeks of prepared childbirth classes plus baby basics, breastfeeding, and infant safety and CPR and Safety.

Please dress comfortably and bring 2 pillows for breathing and relaxation for the first four weeks

The class will discuss the role of the grandparenting connection as well as how grandparents can help during the pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Dads only Class Dynamic Dads is a program in which veterans (new fathers who bring along their two-to-six month old babies) orient rookies (fathers-to-be) on the realities of fatherhood. The camp is a guy thing - no women over two feet tall are allowed.
