That's why Methodist Healthcare created the <strong>Methodist Hearing and Balance Center</strong>. It's the first of its kind in the Mid-South, and delivers a new level of comprehensive care for people who suffer hearing loss, tinnitus and other balance disorders. Specialized technology, research and expertise have been combined to effectively diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, as well as neurological or ophthalmologic balance problems in ways that can often prevent the need for surgery or prolonged medication.</p> <p>It starts with a thorough evaluation of the hearing and balance system.
