- Do you fall asleep while driving, stopped at a red light?
- Are you sleeping during the day?
- Do you have high blood pressure or diabetes?
Use our Pre-Assessment/Screening Form (PDF) and discuss it with your doctor to see if you may have a sleep-related breathing disorder.
