Great Place to Work® and Fortune Name Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare One of the 2017 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (MLH) made the list for the 2017 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, according to global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work® and Fortune.

Methodist ranked 92 on the list, which is based on employee ratings of their workplace culture, including the level of trust they feel towards leaders, the pride they take in their jobs and the camaraderie they experience with co-workers.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list. Companies who earn a spot on this prestigious list stand out from other companies by creating a great place to work for employees.

Michael Ugwueke, president and CEO for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, says he’s extremely proud of Methodist’s Associates who are responsible for earning this honor. This is a national ranking that puts Methodist in an elite group with other organizations including Google, Nordstrom, Hilton, Ikea, Nationwide, and well respected healthcare institutions like Mayo Clinic and in our own backyard St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, as well as FedEx and Baker Donelson.
