The Extended Care Hospital is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the Methodist University Hospital. Directions From I-240 N take the Union Exit -
Go east on Union two blocks and turn right on Bellevue, -
Go one block and turn left on Eastmoreland at the first red light -
The parking lot is on the right and the main Hospital entrance is on the left.
From I 240 South take the Madison Exit

Go east on Madison -
After third red light (Cleveland) take a right -
Go south three blocks to Eastmoreland and take a right. -
The parking is on the left and the main hospital entrance is on the right
Parking Information
Free visitor parking is located off of Eastmoreland in front of the hospital.
Security -
With the exception of the Tower Entrance and the Emergency Entrance the remaining doors are locked from 6 pm to 6 am. We have a security officer assigned to the Tower Lobby during these hours and one assigned to the Emergency Department 24 hours a day, seven days a week. -

Visiting hours are 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Visiting hours may vary on some units and floors. Please check with the nurses station if you have questions. -
After 9 p.m., everyone coming into the hospital has to check in with Security to be issued a Visitor pass. The officer will call the floor where the patient is located to get approval from the nurse before allowing visiting after 9 p.m. -
Visitors under age 12 must have approval from the charge nurse. Cafeteria Hours -
Our Cafeteria is located on the ground floor of the Thomas Wing. It is open from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. -
If you are in the mood for a specialty coffee or tea, a frozen drink or a quick snack, visit our Café Ritazza Coffee Shop, located on the 1st floor of our Tower Wing. They feature Starbucks coffee and are open Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. They are closed on major holidays. Take the east hallway from the main reception area and it will be on your right next to the University Gift Shop. Gift Shop
Please visit our Gift Shop located on the 1st floor of the Tower Wing. They have gifts, snack, drinks, flowers, and toiletries for sale. Take the east hallway from the main reception area and it will be on your right next to the Café Ratazza Coffee Shop. Contact
