Directions
MLH Germantown is located at 7691 Poplar Ave. in Germantown, TN.

• From I-240 North take the Poplar exit toward Germantown.
• You will take Poplar until you reach Germantown. About five to10 minutes depending on traffic.
• There are two driveways into the hospital.
• Turn right on Germantown Road at the stoplight.  The driveway into the hospital will be up on your left.  When you enter this way the main entrance is directly in front of you. Or
• Cross Germantown Road and turn right into the hospital’s north driveway.  You can follow the drive around to the right to reach the front of the hospital.

Parking Information

• Visitors can park in any Hospital lot for free.  There are lots on all sides of the hospital.
• On the North  - Poplar Ave. – side of the hospital there is a parking garage.

Security

• With the exception of the Emergency Department Entrance, the remaining doors are locked from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. We have security officers assigned to the parking lot as well as in-house 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• To reach Security number, dial 901.516.6660 or 901.516.6530. In an emergency, call 901.516.7767 and the operator will dispatch security.

Visitor Hours

• Visiting hours are 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.  Visiting hours may vary on some units and floors.  Please check with the nurses’ station if you have questions.
• After 9 p.m., visitors coming into the hospital have to enter through the Emergency Department and will be issued a Visitor Pass. E.D. Admissions will call the floor where the patient is located to get approval from the nurse before allowing visiting after 9 p.m. 
• Visitors under age 12 must have approval from the charge nurse.

Cafeteria Hours
Monday - Friday:

• Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. until 9 a.m.
• Lunch: 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
• Dinner: 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.

Weekends:

• Breakfast: 8 a.m. until 9 a.m.
• Lunch and Dinner: 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
