Office Policies
Patients should bring medications, as well as a list of all current medications to the first doctor visit.
All diabetic patients – please come to the doctor with a log of your recent blood sugar amounts. We will provide you a log if you do not have one.
Adults and older children:
- Call the doctor if you have a fever up to 103° for more than three days.
- Call 911 or go to the nearest ER if you have shortness of breath, chest pain, faintness, severe lightheadedness, loss of consciousness, mental status change or active bleeding.
For Infants:
- Call the doctor if the child has a temperature over 104°. Infants under three months should not be given Tylenol or other medications, unless recommended by a physician.
On August 3, 2009, Jana Robinson, M.D. will be our new physician at this location. Dr. Robinson graduated Magna Cum Laude from Christian Brothers University, completed medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and recently completed her training at the University of Tennessee Family Medicine Residency Program here in Memphis. During her final year of training, Dr. Robinson was Chief Resident.
