What is the EAP?
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional counseling service provided at no cost to the employees of companies contracting for EAP services. The EAP provides confidential help for employees and eligible family members (legal dependents) who may need a professional to talk with about day-to-day challenges or difficult times. How does it work?
