The Total Joint Center at Methodist North Hospital is a dedicated joint center in Memphis, providing a unique orthopaedic unit focused on delivering superior care to patients undergoing total knee or hip replacements. Because informed patients typically recover more quickly and have a better overall experience, the center offers pre-operative classes for all patients that provide information on what to expect during and after a total joint replacement operation.

The center includes:

• 11 spacious, inpatient rooms, featuring new televisions and new beds specifically designed for orthopaedic patients which lower all the way to the ground, allowing the patient to exit the bed with ease. Each room in the center was specifically designed to provide convenience, consistency and comfort to orthopaedic patient.
• Every room is also furnished with sleeper sofas for the comfort of visiting family members
• Easy access to diagnostic facilities
• A gathering room featuring a television and DVD player
