Prenatal Education and Childbirth Classes

We offer a variety of classes for you and your family to help prepare everyone for your new arrival. Our Prenatal Education Packages provide information about each trimester and the first PostPartum weeks after your pregnancy. Childbirth Classes are available most weeknights and on Saturdays. These classes cover labor and delivery, breastfeeding basics and infant safety. Expectant fathers and siblings have classes provided to discuss what changes they will face as well.

Childbirth Classes
Childbirth is an exciting and nervous experience. You fear the pains of labor, yet you look forward to seeing and holding your baby. Preparing for childbirth is the best way to make that experience as enjoyable as it should be.
Prenatal Education
There are lots of things to learn and do when you are expecting a baby. Our education "to go" care packages can make preparing and learning about childbirth easy and convenient.
Dads-To-Be
Pregnancy brings all kinds of physical and emotional changes for your partner, as well as changes in lifestyles, relationships and in your sexual relations, finances and more.
Siblings
Sibling rivalry or jealousy of a newborn is not uncommon among young children. It is important to prepare your children, or child, for the arrival of their new baby brother or sister.
