Hospital pre-registration can make your check-in at the hospital easier. Silver Stork pre-registration packets are available online, at your doctor's office or by calling the hospital where you will deliver.

Fill the forms out completely and mail them to your delivery hospital when you are about five months pregnant. When you arrive at the hospital, simply give your name and your registration information will be available.
