Specialized Services

We offer services for all ages on an inpatient or outpatient basis. Our goal is to restore the highest level of physical, emotional and intellectual functioning. One approach does not work for all patients, which is why we tailor patient plans based on specific needs. We focus on treating the body and spirit – helping our patients to become whole again.

In addition to physical, speech and occupational therapy, our specialized services include:

Visitor Policy

To provide the highest level of care, visitors are not allowed routinely inside the department treatment areas except at the therapist’s discretion for family teaching and participation. Private duty nurses and attendants should remain in the waiting room unless they are to participate in delivering a home program or need education on how to assist the patient.

Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in patient care areas unless the child is the patient and may not be left alone in the waiting area.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
Lymphedema is a common, but serious treatable condition. It is defined as an abnormal accumulation of tissue fluid (lymph) in the tissue spaces.
Incontinence and Pelvic Rehab Program
The Incontinence and Pelvic Rehab Program offers physical therapy management to men and women for urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, as well as pre and post-partum complications.
Wound Care
Wound Care includes the evaluation and treatment of a wound. This includes identification of underlying causes that have the potential to interfere with wound healing.
