The service offers prompt, caring assistance at the touch of a button to help older adults live safety and more independently. Ideal for older individuals living alone, Lifeline is invaluable for anyone who may need assistance with urgent health or security needs while they are alone. Special services are available for the hearing and speech impaired.

How does Lifeline work?

When help is needed, just press the waterproof Personal Help Button worn as a pendant or wristband. This button instantly connects to a trained Personal Response Associate who can assess the situation and summon appropriate help, whether it is a neighbor, relative or ambulance. If emergency services are needed, they can dispatch assistance and retrieve relevant medical information while the caller is still on the line.

We take the necessary information and will set up a time with you to have a Lifeline Home Service representative come to your home and install your service. There is no equipment to buy and no long-term service contract to sign. For little more than a dollar a day, you can get the Lifeline Medical Alert Service.
