Every year, the Methodist Emergency Departments serve approximately 236,000 sick and injured people. Our Emergency Departments are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to care for your emergency medical needs.

Methodist Minor Medical Centers
For minor medical needs, please visit one of our Minor Medical Centers. This includes anything from a fever, the flu or a bee sting reaction, to muscle sprains, bumps and bruises, fractures and cuts. Whether these injuries happen in the home, at play or on the job, we can care for them.

Chest Pain Emergencies
Our Emergency Departments use HeartSTAT, a revolutionary step in the treatment of chest pain. HeartSTAT uses a specific set of protocols for patients who think they may be having a heart attack, allowing patients to receive a faster, more effective diagnosis than ever before.

Those who need intervention are rapidly diagnosed and treated. Those who do not need intervention are more quickly ruled out for heart attack and can leave with peace of mind.
