Recovery, revitalization and returning to normal is the focus of our Rehabilitation program at Methodist Healthcare. It is an important part of our everyday services because, for many, it can literally be the first step in the healing process.

Rehabilitation services are offered at several Methodist Healthcare facilities, including:

• Methodist Extended Care Hospital
• Methodist Fayette Hospital
• Methodist North Hospital
• Methoodist South Hospital
• Methodist University Hospital

Methodist Healthcare also works with HealthSouth, a full-service rehabilitation center adjacent to Methodist University Hospital.

A variety of rehabilitation services are available at Methodist Healthcare including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Audiology and Cardiac Rehab. 

We offer inpatient (acute care) and outpatient services to every age. In addition to treatment for orthopedic and neurologic disorders, generalized deconditioning, post surgical recovery and pain management, Methodist Healthcare offers a number of specialized services including:
