We pass along our commitment to diversity to our Associates through training that teaches inclusion and respect. Diversity in Business
Our commitment extends to our business practices. Our Supplier Diversity Program, created by the Corporate Diversity Committee, strives to expand and evolve the organization's purchasing from minority and women-owned businesses.

Over the last five years, the entire system has increased spending with minority- and women-owned businesses by more than 300 percent. Methodist Le Bonheur is a strong supporter of supplier diversity and has been honored by the Mid-South Minority Business Council, the Black Business Association, Premier and others for its creative work to develop diverse vendor relationships. As Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare moves forward, it looks to continuously raise the bar and set new standards for diverse leadership in this community.
