Competitive Benefits
Methodist Associates have the opportunity to take advantage of healthcare coverage through an Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO). The plan includes medical, prescription drug, dental and vision benefits, all deducted pre-tax. Full-time and part-time Associates are eligible for coverage on the first day of the month following date of hire.
Paid Time Off Paid Time Off (PTO) allows Associates to accumulate days off based on the number of years as a Methodist Associate. Traditionally used as vacation, sick and holiday time, PTO, accrued bi-weekly, can be used for any absence. We also know how important work/life balance is to Associates, and we provide the most flexible scheduling possible.
Retirement Program
We offer a Retirement Savings Program 401(k)/403(b). Full and part time Associates may contribute to the plan and receive Methodist matching contributions of $1 for every $1 contributed up to 6 percent of pay. Associates are always 100% vested in their contributions and the matching contributions are vested 20% after 2 years, 60% after three years, 80% after 4 years and 100% after 5 years. Supplemental Associates may also contribute to the plan but do not receive the matching contributions.
