More than Employees - Our Associates All Associates are refining our industry-leading approach to care by continuously evaluating services from the patient perspective. A dedication to carrying out our mission and displaying the values of the organization is evident in the outstanding work of all our Associates. From technical procedures such as drawing blood, to basic interactions like greeting patients, our institution looks to set the standard for compassionate patient- and family-centered care. Every voice is heard at Methodist Healthcare. We want Methodist to be the best working experience possible for all our Associates and medical staff, which is why Associate and physician feedback is so important to us. Each year, Associates have the formal opportunity to provide feedback through an anonymous survey in which to share workplace concerns and suggestions for service and satisfaction improvements. In addition to the formal survey, open feedback is encouraged throughout the year. One of our programs encourages Associates to refer applicants with the ability, aptitude and attitude it takes to make great Methodist Associates. Our goal is to attract like-minded individuals who embrace and support Methodist's core values: service, quality, integrity and teamwork. Thanks to this program, we hired more than 600 Associates in 2005.
