Lorraine Butler, RN, MSA, CNOR, has been named administrative director of perioperative services for Methodist University Hospital.
“We are very fortunate to have someone of Ms. Butler’s caliber join our team,” said Dolores Marshall, chief nursing officer and vice president of patient services for MUH. “She has over 30 years of clinical leadership experience and she brings a wealth of comprehensive surgical knowledge to MUH.”
Butler received her Master of Science Administration (MSA) from Central Michigan University. She earned her Bachelor in Nursing (BSN) from Molloy College in New York. Butler served in the United States Air Force where she received numerous awards, including the prestigious Air Force Meritorious Services Medal on three occasions.
Prior to joining Methodist, Butler served as system administrative director at Clarian Health Partners, INC. in Indianapolis, Indiana.
