Dr. Neal Aguillard, medical director of Methodist Sleep Disorders Center will share information regarding sleep disorders during a new television show on WYPL Channel 18. WYPL is a service of the Memphis Public Library and Information Center.

The show, “The Power of Sleep,” will be hosted by Susan Gray and will focus on such topics as quality sleep, signs of sleep disorders, effects of sleep disorders and treatment. 

The show will air during the following dates/times:

• March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, 2009 - 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, 2009 - 3:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
• March 4, 11, 18, 25, 2009 - 7:30 a.m.
• March 5, 12, 19, 26, 2009 - 3:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• March 6, 13, 20, 27, 2009 - 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• March 7, 14, 21, 28, 2009 - 3:30 a.m.
• March 8, 15, 22, 29, 2009 - 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
