Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (MLH) recognizes the importance of its nurses and the value of their work. MLH nurses are among the best in the business, and leaders within the organization work to ensure they are recognized for their hard work and dedication to patient-centered care.
At a recent reception, the top 100 nurses in the Methodist Le Bonheur system were honored as being the “Nursing Stars” at their facilities. These nurses were chosen based on attributes such as professionalism, interpersonal relations, community involvement, creativity, caring and the science of nursing.
The reception also included the recognition of eight “Nurses of the Year.” These nurses consistently go above and beyond for patients, their families and co-workers. The following MLH nurses were honored with the “Nurses of the Year” distinction:

- Methodist Extended Care Hospital: Beth Trowbridge
- Methodist Fayette Hospital: Reneé White
- Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital: Cille Hale
- Methodist North Hospital: Lynda Bogan
- Methodist University Hospital: Jacqueline Roberts
- Methodist South Hospital: Dwana Parker
