Tracy Klingbeil has joined Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare as the Corporate Director of Recruitment Services.

Klingbeil started her career as a paramedic in the Air Force and used her clinical background to move into practice management and then into Human Resources and Recruitment.  She has worked for a variety of organizations including Homecare Concepts of America, Compucom, HCA, Tenet, and most recently served as VP/Staffing Manager for Citigroup.
